Shaving daily, I know the frustration of constantly replacing razor blades. Despite experimenting with electric razors and alternatives, nothing delivers the same close, flawless shave as traditional blades. But there’s a problem: affordable options are scarce, global corporations dominate the market, and mass production drives up costs while creating mountains of non-recyclable plastic waste.

After five years of intensive research and development — drawing on my background in polymer materials — my team and I created GALLINE CARBON PAD 1.0. We overcame challenges in material science, mold production, and precision engineering to design a product inspired by knife-sharpening principles that enables blades to last far longer.
